Gail Frayna, PT, has spent more than 20 years helping patients move without pain — building and leading three physical therapy practices before founding East Rutherford PT. A former competitive swimmer, she treats every patient like an athlete: with a clear plan, hands-on care, and one goal — getting you back to what you love.
