- Do I need a referral to be seen?
- No. A referral is not necessary to schedule an appointment with us. (Some insurance plans may still require a referral for coverage, so it’s worth checking with your insurer.)
- What insurance do you accept?
- We accept most major insurance plans, as well as workers’ compensation. Contact us and we’ll help verify your specific coverage.
- What should I bring to my first visit?
- A photo ID, your insurance card, and comfortable, loose clothing you can move in.
- Is there parking?
- Yes — we have on-site parking available at our location.
- What are your hours?
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 2:00 – 7:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Saturday: 2:00 – 6:00 PM. Closed Sunday.

- Do you offer both physical and occupational therapy?
- Yes. We provide both physical therapy and occupational therapy, and your evaluation will help determine the right approach for your goals.
