East Rutherford PT was founded by Gail Frayna, PT — a physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience who wanted to create a clinic where every patient receives direct, hands-on care from someone who knows them best. When you visit us, you won't be passed off to an aide or assistant. You'll work directly with Gail, who takes the time to listen, evaluate, and build a treatment plan that fits your body, your goals, and your life.

We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgical care, vestibular and balance therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and occupational therapy — including hand therapy, custom splinting, and pediatric care. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or looking to prevent future injuries, we're here to help.
